Shipping Policy

 

Domestic Shipping.
 

Shipping is calculated dependant on weight- via Australia Post.

Express Post:  1 - 2 business days in metro areas.

Regular Post:  2 - 4 days.

 

Delivery timeframes are guidelines only and are out of our control. If you would like to check the status of your delivery, please check your tracking details sent to you via email and contact the carrier directly.
 

 

International Shipping. 

Shipping is calculated dependant on weight and location- Via Australia Post.

Regular Post: Please check with the Australia Post website for shipping timeframes to your country. 

 

We are not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

Australia Post and international post carriers are responsible for the transit of your order, once it is dispatched from our office. Possible delays due to Covid-19.


 

Tracking.
 

All orders will be sent with tracking. The tracking number will be added to your order and emailed to you once the postage label is created. 
 

All parcels are dispatched from Sydney, NSW during business hours. 
 

All orders are packed with appropriate eco friendly protective packaging.

 

Return & Refund Policy

No returns or refunds will be made. Unless the product is faulty.
